The Clue and Clue Jr. miniseries are two American book collections, based on the Clue and Clue Jr. board games respectively. The former is aimed at adolescents, while the latter targets pre-teen and elementary readers. Clue began in 1992 and ended uncertainly in 1997, evidently when its popularity was beginning to thin. Clue Jr. began in 1994 and ended in 1996.

Somewhere between books 5 and 9, the writers of Clue Jr. took it upon themselves to alter the series drastically, changing the race of Mortimer Mustard and the personalities of all of the other characters.

Another series of books called Clue Mysteries, by Vicki Cameron, resulted in two books between 2003 and 2004. Clue Mysteries introduces "a collection of 15 light and lively tales to solve in 10 minutes or less, featuring familiar characters from the classic Clue board game, introduced in 1949. Set in fictional Tudor Hall in 1926, these stories give readers an opportunity to sleuth out the culprit among Colonel Mustard, Professor Plum, Mrs. Letitia Peacock, and the others in all manner of intrigues that are fun to solve."
